I'm sitting in my new digs at the Gramm's house. The kids and Daddy are settled in with the Grandparents in Powell River and my trip back to the city was uneventful. My early morning wake up call will be at 6:15 am and then I'm off to my first day of summer school. Staff meeting at 7:45 and then my first class of 35 Pre-calculus 11 students at 8:30 am.
The kids are having fun playing outside and riding their bikes. Connor is finally riding a bike with training wheels. He's pretty excited about it. Arwyn has had a turn on the trike and is thrilled. New helmet for Alyra and she's good to go. They got to go to Cole's book store today and pick out their books for having great reports cards. Alyra picked up some more of the 39 Clues books and Connor picked out a easy read chapter book. I hope the weather improves so they can enjoy their new water shoes at the beach! I'll be heading back there on Friday night. But for now it's pretty quiet as my homestay family is off watching soccer. I already miss my family.
