there were three children dressed up as a Ninja. Pumpkin and Minnie Mouse. Off they went into the darkness and the rain with their father to go trick or treating. The mother got to stay dry and cozy and hand out candy to all the other little children that came to the house. She was delighted. She sat by the door blogging on her computer, eating large amounts of candy and chocolate. She waited for the children to return soaking wet so that she could warm them with a nice cup of hot cocoa and a towel. They would swift through all the candy while skyping with Grandpa and Grandma and rejoice in all the choices for the next treat. Grandpa will ask if they will save him any...to which the children will answer "NOOOOO GRANDPA" in unison. They will each enjoy a special treat from their Halloween collection and then head to bed....high on a sugar buzz and the excitement of the day. The Mother will then rejoice that it is OVER....but oh wait...that means Christmas is coming...She will plan, bake and organize for the next two months (but at least she is warm and dry tonight)
