Yesterday was our annual LPBC holiday Gathering. 70 People and a whole lot of shoes in the front hallway. It was amazing. A lot of people came together to make it a huge success. With being in the hospital with Mr. C this week, I was a bit overwhelmed by the thought of all those people at the house. But I knew we could pull it off. My folks were amazing and I don't think we could have done it all without their help. They cooked and cleaned and looked after the kids. THANKS SO MUCH!
It truly was an amazing thing to see. We are like one big ( really big) family. Santa made a special appearance and was greeted with delight and Horror ( one of our youngest members screeched when she saw him)...it was too cute.
We had the pleasure of hosting an amazing mom (Her blog) and her two kids from the Island. It was so nice to have them here to enjoy the party. I enjoyed the sound of a baby in the house. We are ready to start the week off on the right foot. After a crazy November...I'm looking forward to some down time in December. I still have a lot of shopping to do. I wanted to have it all done but no such luck. In fact I've got nothing done. Oh well. It will get done!
