Peach cobbler is a family favourite. I usually make it at least once a summer if not more. It's a recipe that comes from my Land of Lakes, Treasury of Country Recipes cookbook. It's an old fashion recipe and I love it. It's baking in the oven. It helps that I didn't have to prepare the peaches. As my hubby was preparing them for canning, I stole the amount I needed for the cobbler ( plus a little bit more). I usually don't eat what I bake but I may just have to dive in and have some. It smells amazing in here and I do love a warm cobbler with some icecream.
