Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients for bottom of a 9x13 pan
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
3 tbsp flour
6 cups fresh blueberries
Mix first four ingredients together and fold in blueberries, put in bottom of pan

Ingredients for the top
1.5 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder 
0.5 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup softened butter
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
Mix first four ingredients together, cut in butter until crumbly.  
Mix milk and egg together and add to dry mixture.  Mix ( is will be quite dry).  Sprinkle over blueberries, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 350 until top is golden brown.  
I double the recipe for the top as I like the cobbler part the best....that's why mine seems so "full".
