I thought this might be a good time as any to start a blog. I've been reading quite a few over the last few years. I'd call myself a blog "stalker". I started to read blogs after my son was born...mostly to find information. My son Connor was born with a form of dwarfism called Achondroplasia. That was 5 years ago and I've moved onto baking blogs and "mommy" blogs.
I'm a mom to three great kids, high school teacher but most of all I play at being a baker. Living here is Canada I get a year off on Maternity leave which gives me lots of time to work on my baking addiction. I'm hoping to use this blog as a way of keeping track of things going on in the oven and to occasionally keep track of my kids!
