When I first started blogging I posted a picture of an apple tart (See here) It is a family favourite and with fall in full swing with the rain and the wind I thought it would be nice to have some. I made some of these earlier.....
And then started in on the tarts. They're really so easy, I don't know why I don't make them more often. It requires a bit more effort then the cookies that's for sure.
Enjoy with a warm cup of tea or coffee...oh....maybe a dolup of icecream. On a rainy, windy fall night the smell fills the house. Great for breakfast too!
