Pumpkin Brownies

It's a recipe that I learned from my mother in law many years ago.  It is a weight watchers recipe and I use it all the time to make "guilt free" brownies.  It required one box of devils food cake mix and one can of pure pumpkin pure....that's it.  Mix them together, bake at 350 until done.  
I take one or two and put unsweetened fruit purée over top and it's delish.  A great way to tame that sweet craving.  

I use the pampered chef mini muffin pan.  I happen to have two of them. The kids like them and you can't really taste the pumpkin in the.  It's good with a spice cake as well.  Kinda tastes like pumpkin pie.
