Well actually we had two offers. The house has been on the market for 4 days. We had our first showing yesterday and today we have two competing offers. Subjects to be removed by next Friday. We have accepted one with hopefully a long enough closing date. I'm not sure how this makes me feel ( Did we under price it? Did we list it at the perfect price? Is this just how the market is here in North Delta? Or was it because we worked our butts off to make it look like a show home?). Pure Panic. We haven't looked at enough houses for us to even think about our forever home. We are looking this weekend and will continue to look but what happens if we don't find it? I won't settle on "good enough". I don't want to feel the pressure of the sale of our house. It's kind of a catch 22. You must sell your house before you can buy another one BUT if you sell your house and haven't found another one, what then? Can't even fathom the thought of renting a place and moving twice. Three kids, a dog, a cat and plenty of stuff, oh my! A new chapter begins and unfolds in the life of the Ryan's!
